This one is for adults, 18 and over. OurDream AI and Secrets AI sit in the same price bracket and sell the same promise: a chatbot that talks like a person and generates pictures of her. The difference is what happens after week two, when the novelty wears off and you notice she has forgotten your name.

Quick answer

If you want a companion who remembers what you told her three weeks ago, keeps a Lorebook of your inside jokes and lets you branch a conversation to see what would have happened, go with Secrets AI. It's the stronger product on continuity, and its privacy terms are written more clearly.

If you mostly want pictures and video that look like the person you imagined, plus a character builder that lets you tune every knob, go with OurDream AI. It generates more images per dollar and doesn't lock basic features behind a $39.99 tier.

One warning before you pick either: the $19.99 on both pages buys unlimited text, not unlimited pictures. Media eats credits fast, and the numbers on the pricing pages are easy to misread. More on that below.

Memory and continuity

This is the widest gap between the two, and it's the one that matters most after the first month.

Secrets AI sells memory in tiers. Premium gives you roughly 60% more short-term context than the free plan and four times the stored memories. Ultimate doubles the context again and gives you six times the memories. Premium and Ultimate both list Lorebooks, a feature for pinning facts you want the bot to keep. Time Travel lets you branch a conversation and explore an alternate path; if you delete messages, the memories linked to them go too.

OurDream AI leans on recent messages. Long conversations drift, and details from earlier sessions don't reliably come back. If you're the kind of person who builds a relationship over months, you'll notice. If you start a new character every week, you probably won't.

Image and video

Both platforms generate pictures and clips, and both charge for them. The price per image is where OurDream pulls ahead.

Run the image math. 1,000 dreamcoins is roughly 200 images on OurDream. 8,000 Moments is roughly 160 pictures on Secrets. OurDream wins on volume, which is why its image score sits higher despite a thinner feature set.

Secrets has one trick OurDream doesn't: Advanced mode accepts up to five reference pictures, which helps keep a face consistent across generations. OurDream's video tools are more configurable on paper — up to 60 seconds, with optional audio at 20 coins per second — but that audio add-on is brutal. A 30-second clip with sound costs 600 coins on top of the base generation.

Neither platform's adult video is cheap. Secrets charges 600 Moments for an 8-second clip at 720p, which is most of a month's base allowance. OurDream's 100 coins per 5 seconds works out to 1,200 coins for a full minute.

One caveat that applies to OurDream only: generated media blurs after you cancel. Download what you want to keep before the subscription lapses.

Voice calls

Both charge 50 credits a minute for calls. On OurDream, a 20-minute call uses an entire month of included coins. If voice is your main use case, the $19.99 plan is really a voice plan plus nothing else.

Secrets AI supports over 70 languages on calls and deletes the audio after transcription, keeping only the transcript. OurDream also offers premium-voice narration at 5 coins per paragraph, which is a nice touch for people who read more than they talk.

Neither call feature is cheap, but Secrets gives you more for the same rate.

Character builder

OurDream AI wins on customization, and it isn't close. Creating a chatbot costs 10 coins. The builder exposes more settings, and the platform's character library claim is enormous — though it can't seem to decide how enormous. The homepage said 11 million on October 9, 2026, while third-party counts put it at 63 million. Treat library numbers as marketing until you've searched for something specific.

Secrets AI gives you your first custom character free; extras cost 500 Moments each. Personality editing after creation, though, is Ultimate-only — so on the $19.99 plan you'd better get the personality right the first time. Secrets also runs a Spice Level slider from Mild to Spicy per chat, which is a cleaner way to set tone than rewriting a prompt.

If you want to build a cast of characters and tweak them constantly, OurDream is the better fit. If you want one or two bots that stay consistent, Secrets is fine.

Both free tiers are demos. OurDream gives one coin per message and no media at all; Secrets gives 20 messages a day and no Moments, so no pictures or video. If you want to see what either platform actually does, you're paying $19.99.

Credit rules differ in ways that matter. OurDream coins never expire. Secrets' monthly Moments reset each month, though top-up Moments never expire. Only subscribers can buy extra credits on either platform — the free plans can't top up at all.

Secrets' Ultimate tier is where group chats, personality editing and the bigger memory allocation live. That's $39.99 a month, double the entry price. OurDream includes group chats on the base plan.

There's also a claim floating around that Secrets has a $9.99 plan. That appears to match a retired legacy Plus plan, not something you can buy today. Ignore it.

Neither platform is end-to-end encrypted in any meaningful sense, whatever the homepage banner says. Both policies allow the companies to read chats and both may use chat data to train models. Assume a human moderator could see what you type.

Secrets wins on the details. Deletion is immediate, voice audio is discarded after transcription, and the billing descriptor is disclosed so you know what shows up on a statement. OurDream takes 24–48 hours to delete an account, and public characters you created may survive it.

Moderation on both is automated — OurDream runs an Automod filter, Secrets uses AI-assisted moderation. Both ban content involving minors. Explicit fictional content between adults is allowed on both.

Watch-outs

OurDream AI has the longer list of fine print problems.

• Refund rules conflict. One page promises a 14-day guarantee; another caps refunds at 25% usage. Good luck arguing that.
• Crypto payments are never refunded. There's no PayPal option.
• Generated media blurs after cancellation, so export anything you want to keep.
• Memory is short. Don't expect continuity across months.
• The end-to-end encryption claim on the homepage isn't supported by the policy.

Secrets AI's problems are mostly about money and tiers.

• The free tier can't generate media, so $19.99 is the real entry price.
• Adult video costs 600 Moments per 8-second clip.
• Monthly Moments don't roll over.
• Group chats and personality editing need the $39.99 Ultimate plan.

Skip both if

You want pictures without a subscription. Candy.ai charges $13.99 monthly or $3.99 a month yearly, but its monthly plan includes only 100 tokens — enough for a handful of images. Secrets AI wins on memory, call features and privacy terms. OurDream AI wins on visuals, customization and value per credit. Both cost the same $19.99 to start, and both will nickel-and-dime you on media if you let them.
