How to Cancel Your OurDream AI Subscription (and What Happens Next)

OurDream AI bills quietly. There is no native app nagging you, no store icon to long-press, just a charge on your statement every month or year. Canceling it is genuinely easy once you know where to look. Refunds are the part where people get stuck.

This guide is for adults (18+) who already pay, or paid, and want the billing to stop. Everything below comes from OurDream's own policies and help center, checked September 30, 2026, plus user reports where noted.

The 60-second answer

Sign in at ourdream.ai with the email you used to pay, open your Profile page, and cancel the plan there. Premium perks keep running until the end of the period you already paid for. That is it for stopping renewals.

Refunds and account deletion are separate jobs. Here is the split:

Desktop cancellation, step by step

1. Sign in at ourdream.ai. The email must match the one used for payment, or you will not see the subscription.
2. Open the Profile page.
3. Find the subscription or plan section and cancel it.
4. Reload the page and confirm the plan now shows as non-renewing.
5. Screenshot that screen. It is your evidence if a charge appears anyway.
6. Check your next bank statement to confirm nothing was taken.

Closing the tab does nothing. If the page will not cooperate, file a support request rather than hoping the billing stops on its own.

iPhone, Android and app-store billing

OurDream AI is OurDream AI web-only. There is no iOS or Android app, so there is no store subscription to hunt down unless you somehow paid through an app store, in which case cancel in that store's subscription settings instead.

Deleting the home-screen shortcut uninstalls nothing and cancels nothing. On a phone, open Safari or Chrome, sign in, and follow the same Profile steps.

Refund rules, in plain terms

OurDream decides refunds case by case. Request one through [email protected] or the help center, and use the Request Help option with your subscription details. Standard cancellation returns no unused portion of the current cycle, and monthly plans are generally non-refundable once used. The help center refuses refunds after coins are spent or once more than 25% of the product has been used. Crypto payments are non-refundable, full stop.

The yearly plan is the one with wiggle room: a full or partial refund may be possible depending on usage. The policy also gives a 14-day window to report defects to support. Ask early, before you burn coins.

Do not file a chargeback before contacting support. OurDream says a chargeback without a prior support request may suspend the account.

There is no phone line. Support runs through email, the help center, an in-app request and Discord. Email is the one that reaches a real person and leaves a record.

What survives the cancellation

Canceling billing does not delete your account or wipe your data. Characters, chats and preferences stay put. What changes is access: generated images, videos and community packs are blurred until you resubscribe. Save anything you want to keep before the period ends. Coins you bought do not expire, but without Premium you get 1 dreamcoin per chat message and cannot create media.

Deleting the account for good

Account erasure lives in the Profile danger zone and is processed in 24 to 48 hours. It permanently erases generations, unpublished characters, chat logs and unused coins. Cancel billing first, then delete, or you may be deleting an account that keeps charging. Popular public characters may stay visible after deletion.

Privacy is worth weighing here. The privacy policy lets OurDream use your information to train AI models, even though the homepage claims end-to-end encryption. That gap is the strongest argument for deletion over abandonment.

The half-off annual deal only pays off if you stay. A widely cited Stackademic blog post notes that annual plans limit flexibility and that users often regret yearly commitments; it mentions discounts around 30% off, while OurDream's is roughly half. Cancel from the Profile page whenever you like, and your perks run to the end of the paid period. Ask for a refund within 14 days if something was broken, and expect a no if you have spent coins or used much of the product. Delete the account if the training clause bothers you.
